Keally is building a connected technology platform for community pharmacies — bringing care follow-up, inventory, sales, staff and business operations into one system that a pharmacy can actually run its day on.
Starting with pharmacies. Built for what comes next.
Talk to KeallyRunning a pharmacy means managing far more than medicines. Keally brings the everyday work of a community pharmacy together, so it stops living in notebooks, WhatsApp threads and disconnected spreadsheets.
Treatment plans, medication schedules, daily sessions and refill cycles — with reminders reaching customers on WhatsApp, the channel they already use.
Batches, expiry dates and reorder levels. Know what is running low, what is out, and what is approaching expiry while it can still be sold.
Sales, receipts, treatment charges and part payments, across whichever payment methods your pharmacy actually accepts.
Every staff member gets their own account, permissions and activity trail. Every record carries the name of the person who made it.
Sales, stock movement, expiry losses and operating costs — brought together into a profit figure that includes all of it.
Designed around appropriate access controls, audit trails, consent management and Nigeria's data-protection requirements — and around a simple principle: your customers' records belong to your pharmacy.
A missed visit is caught the same day. It is flagged, a reminder goes out, and a named member of staff owns the follow-up until it is closed — instead of nobody noticing until the course has already failed.
Keally starts with a simple question: what if the technology running a pharmacy could eventually connect the whole ecosystem around it? The platform is designed to grow in stages, and each stage only begins once the one before it works.
Keally came out of years spent setting up and running a community pharmacy — the ordering and the expiry dates, the staff rota, the stock that quietly went out of date on the shelf, and the customer who was meant to come back on Wednesday and never did.
Every part of this product exists because it was first a problem worth solving on a real counter. That is a different starting point from adapting hospital software downwards, or building a reminder tool that has never had to survive a Saturday morning queue.
Keally is deliberately starting small. The first product is a web-based pharmacy operating platform, proving the fundamentals in daily use before extending into customer applications, retail, suppliers and payments.
Good technology should not ask a business to change everything at once. It should grow with them.
Keally is currently in development and being piloted as a pharmacy technology platform. If any of these sound like you, we would like to hear from you.
Interested in becoming an early Keally partner and shaping what gets built.
Interested in building with us, or in what we are building on.
Interested in the wider Keally ecosystem as it takes shape.
Interested in the direction and the thinking behind it.
